We appreciated very good breakfasts and good views!
Superior queen room was exceptional and relaxing. It had a private safe, central heating, and an iron, plus other facilities. This location was stunning and pleasant, near the smart Red Lion pub, Stratford-upon-Avon or Warwick/Leamington Spa and the main attractions.

Austons Down offers a superb retreat. The spacious room felt luxurious, with a large en-suite with a fine shower and bath. I loved the personal refrigerator stocked with fresh milk and water. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options that set the day off right. Beautiful grounds surrounded the hotel. Lucy and John were really nice too. The complimentary tray in the room could use a few more items for two people. Navigating the complex rural roads to reach the hotel presented some challenges.

For anyone thinking about this
This charming getaway offers a serene escape amid beautiful grounds. The room was impeccably clean with cute touches like a fridge stocked with fresh milk. Although breakfast was good, a wider variety in options would enhance the experience. Just be mindful of the rural roads leading up to the hotel, as they may be complex!

Spacious en-suite with a super shower and large bath. Unique grounds offering beautiful views and a personal fridge stocked with bottled water and milk outside the room.
Complimentary tray lacking sufficient items for two people. Breakfast options restricted, notably absent staples like white bread and English mustard. Limited variety could be improved, especially considering the price point of £145 for a single night.

Had a lovely spacious room and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful grounds. The decor was charming with lovely antiques. A cozy atmosphere and I appreciated the tea served outside in the pagoda!
Finding the place was like a mini-adventure. I almost needed a GPS just to locate my own room! And I must say, the complimentary tray was so sparse it could've doubled as a diet plan.
